Eye Candy
Again, I'm doing some experimenting to keep my creativity alive. I've recently been doing some work with another photographer who is famous for their faux HDR work. So, I do some quick learning and applied it to a couple of my photographs from Pictured Rocks last May. I know, I know that not everyone will appreciate these images, but my initial reactions are "interesting," "possibilities," and, "my eyes are awake during winter!"

Enjoy,

Tim!

and, here's a second example from the same location...

Not sure how much the processing changed the shots but I like both of them, tend to like the second best, but the water in the first keeps drawing me back to look.

Beautiful scenery, Tim! I've seen quite a bit of HDR work on images locally, but for my taste, they were all way over done. This...I really like...just the right amount!

Really nice shots, but I would bring down the saturation a bit. I actually think the high saturation takes away from the image. Other than that I think the HDR worked nicely.
