A short weekend jaunt to my favorite NP.
#1 The very first image of the weekend. I always come home with a kink in my neck from constantly looking up.

I think that they are all nice photos, but I do have a couple of suggestions to consider.
The first one bothers me because my eyes only want to look at the bright, beautiful sky, when I don't think that's the real subject of the photo. If the sky is not the subject, you might try cropping down about a quarter from the top and add a little brightness to the rock.
The second one might also benefit from a little boost in brightness and contrast.
The third one looks fine to me just as it is.

I think the first one is all about the clouds, so I wouldn't crop from the top. Maybe a little off the bottom, but really, as is works for me.
The subject matter of the second one personally doesn't do much for me, but I like your comp
the third is my fave. Love the tree on the ridgeline on the right, really provides an interesting, simple anchor.

I pretty much agree with all of Todd's comments. I just calibrated my monitor and they all look a bit to dark to me. Does anyone else think they're to dark? The 3rd is also my favorite, I really like the warm feeling to it.
They look a touch dark on my monitor, too. Jeff, I often have a problem with my posts being darker than what I see on my monitor for my shots. Don't know if this is what's happening with your or not. I try to lighten and reduce the contrast before I post the jpeg. Does anyone else do this, or is this just my method?
The shots are all good, Jeff. I like the blue sky against that big red wall, and the reds, greens, and blues in the last one combine for beautiful landscape.

I agree with Morris, theyre either a bit dark or a bit too contrasty. Its cool seeing emerald falls with all that ice!
Really like the third one here, that's the kind of sight that makes my heart start pounding coming into Zion from the east. The second is interesting, but not necessarily very attractive. For the first two, I see what others are saying about their being dark; not a problem for me in the third.
