Crazy weather up here, out you plod with camera and tripod over shoulder whistling away as sun is beaming, five min later you run in soaked to skin cursing. Caught this between bursts (of cursing).

Cheers

Tim

Hi Tim :wavey: I do like this shot alot especially the large perch he's sat on. :toast:

Looks like the Robin managed to get out of the rain

Won't be long for good weather at your end, we at last are seeing some good weather down here, blue skies & fluffy white clouds & its great to have it at last :jump:

Hi Tim
Managed a bit of a tan here in Switzerland today whist sitting next to Lake Geneva looking at the snow capped mountains if that makes you feel better, Think it will rain tomorrow though ,Nice image, the background is busy without being distracting and the birds colours are vibrant,Quite heavy shadows but the price you pay for sunshine

not sure about this Tim. Light seems a bit contrasty and background is a bit "in yer face".

Hi Tim

Agree with Dave BG a bit busy but IMO what would have really helped this image would have been a head turn!

Nice light on this Robin, agree with the other comments re bg, head turn, but realise that sometimes they become prima donnas and will not do as instructed.....

The beak is lost in this one Tim, but I like the idea of a Robin perched where I would expect a wagtail or dipper to be :)

daft as it sounds I'm actually enjoying the challenge of getting images in the crap weather and light without getting the equipment too wet or falling in streams too many times. :)
