The faint reflection you captured in the water is outstanding. Looking forward to seeing more!!!

The reflection does it for me as well. Nice shot all the way around for me!

Beautiful shot ...

Yes indeed...a natural beauty. The reflection is excellent, as are the ice crystals lining the hole. I think you could crop the top inch or so to simplify this even more Can you elaborate on 'time lapse'?

That is a really nice combination of textures and colors. Well done.

Awesome result Jeremy! Do you mean long shutter speed rather than time lapse? That spot of color in the water really makes this one :toast:

Making ice look like ice is no easy task. The reflection of the colored light really adds to the natural look of your shot. Great work!

That touch of color makes this outstanding. I also like the contrast which nicely brings out the ice details.

You missed the Shindig, AGAIN ! :wavey:

I agree that subtle color really makes this rock, and the angle of the open water really adds to the overall look which is superb!

Thanks for the comments everyone!

@Bill - Yes, I'm sorry I did not make it. Friday night one of the kids decided to get sick, so we were up most of the night. Next year....

I agree with the others that the reflected light in the water adds another dimension. Nice comp and processing.

I really like this. Is the color actually a reflection, or something under the water? I'm with John on a slight crop from the top.
