I took this in late January at the Bosque del Apache Wildlife Refuge in South Central New Mexico. Comparing various shots to web site photos I'm guessing it is a juvenile northern harrier. Is that correct? I have other views if needed.
Thanks!

Michele, It's my understanding that adult females have streaked breasts (like this bird) while both sexes of juveniles have fairly solid rufous or reddish breasts. Juvenile females have dark eyes while juvie males have lighter eyes. I'd say this is an adult female.

I agree with Ron I'd go with Adult Female - juvie's have a streaked cinnamon look to them
