Hi All,

I noticed two things today:

1) I've never started a topic in the NPN forums, I've replied to some but never started one. This is mine, mine, mineeeee!!

2) I've reached 1000 comments at the NPN galleries. (tan tannn!!)

So I thought it was time to say thankyou to all the people behind NPN, I'm on my 2nd year as an NPN member and I learned a ton of things here, it's my de-facto place for inspiration and beautiful photos.

I've tried to sustain a very high ratio of comments per posts trying to comment at least 10 photos before posting one, I'm trying to improve my critics to make them useful, several posters here are excellent examples and I always read the critics to learn from them. Hope to improve in this 2nd year.

I don't have many photos these days to post because my first outing of the year will be in March so the WCs are a nice way to keep me active doing something. Thank you for that too!

Cheers to all the NPN people!
Luis

Luis, You sound like a very happy camper with your NPN membership.

I really want to commend you for sustaining a 10:1 ratio of comments to postings. That's outstanding. Congratulations.

Keep learning.

Where is my badge?

OK Luis, this was left wide open for the infamous response by actor Alfonso Bedoya in the movie from 1948, " The Treasure of the Sierra Madre ".
His response to actor Bogart's question about missing badges was, ""Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges! I don't have to show you any stinkin' badges!"......

Congratulations to you Luis on achieving this milestone here at NPN....... :toast:

I agree with you Luis - NPN is a great place and the camaraderie and friendships acquired here tends to make a person a very happy camper.

OK Jim, send him a badge. I don't have any or I would. All I have here in South Dakota is badgers, but they are all hibernating under the snow somewhere.
