Icicles in Austin, TX

A late follow up to Darren's earlier post about snow in Texas. We had a decent ice show a week ago today. This shot was taken just down the road from my house. The very next morning, kids broke every single one of these icicles!

Excellent!
It is fun seeing winter in Texas as it is rather rare.
And think in just around two weeks the trees will start spring. Bradford pears are usually the last week of Feb herSo bye bye winter and hello spring!
