Hi, I recently acquired Silver Efex pro & Pro 2, I use with PSC4.
the problem I'm having since I added it to my computer is that when I'm in PSC4 on the application bar under the "arrange documents" icon
half of the choices inside the drop down window are gone,also when I move the mouse cursor over the zoom tool, hand tool, rotate view toll,screen mode, view xtras, and launch bridge icons in the application bar, they all go blank also. When I uninstall Silver efex pro or pro2 everything works just fine. Has anyone run into this problem? Window 7 Machine, 8 gig ram, PSC4 64 bit, ( does the same thing on 32 bit)Never had any problems before with PSC4. Thank you for your time.

Hi Danny - I just upgraded to Silver Efex Pro 2 last night. I have Windows 7 but CS5. I don't see any issues 64-bit. Did you try re-installing Silver Efex Pro 2? Not much help I know but I was anxious to check it out when I saw your post.

Eva, yes I have, I reinstalled Silver efex 1 & 2 they both do the same thing

If your issue persists, I would contact NIK and/or Adobe since I have found their help service valuable in the past.

Definitely contact NIK. I use Silver Efex 1 and now 2 with CS4 on Windows 7. I have not experienced those issues.
