How To Get To Hites Cove?

Today is the first day I've seen the sun in what seems like weeks, and it's making me want to get outside and take pictures. I've heard about Hites Cove near Yosemite but I've never been. Can anyone tell me how to get there from Mariposa? Any ideas when the wildflowers would be good to catch? Lastly, information is limited from the online searches I did...how long of a hike/walk am I looking at?

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
