I posted this to those who may not scroll down far enough to reach Jim Erhardt's post --Acceptable Critique-2/24. The post and folowing comments are well worth the time and all of us should be thinking of the things discussed.
That being said I would like to add that this site works remarkably well and I think that all who participate are better photographers for having been exposed to the type of critique employed here.
