Some friends of mine have recently published an electronic guidebook to Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada. Costs 4 euros (approx. $5.70) and is worth every penny in my opinion. These folks know how to find unique locations like few I've ever known and helped assist Laurent Martres with his 'Photographing the Southwest' books.

Thanks for the info John! I've been using Isabelle and Steffen's info as an unofficial guide to many locations in the SW for some time now. Even better that this guidebook is in English and not in German
