One from my trip to Canyonlands last month. Sunset at Grand View Point at the far tip of the Island in the Sky section.
You can see a few more on my blog.

Boy that's some sweet light above and below. Hard to imagine how anyone could ever tire of looking at the sights in Canyonlands, they are just stunning. Wonderful image Darren.

Put Canyonlands on your must visit list. IMO it is way better than the nearby Arches.

Great shot Darren. I have been to Moab three times, only once with a camera and very little knowledge how to use it. I will go back sometime, and revisit Delicate and Mesa Arches. Most of my shots had people in them, although Content Aware is now making short work of those folks. I would say you really captured the color and feel of Moab, not to mention Canyonlands.

Darren, It looks like you had a great trip, I'm jealous. Nice job on your blog by the way. It looks like the version on there has better color than this one. (different profiles?)
I love the view from Grandview Point also, hard to say which direction is best but I like your shot over Monument Basin.

Good job capturing an awesome scene. Great stuff on your blog too. The color on the blog and on this page look identical on my monitor. I also followed the link to your "small format" article.. nice images there too. I'll have to read the article.. I carry a P&S with me but don't use it nearly enough.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks and glad you liked.
John-glad you saw the article on "small format". The modern p+s camera packs a lot of punch, you can really be surprised by it. Luminous Landscape did a test a year or so ago where they took the same image with a Canon G-10 and a Hassy mf digital back and made 13x19" prints and no one could tell then apart. Obviously they could at 20x30 but for small prints and web usage you get a lot of camera cheap there days.
