I am looking to build my own website. I have searched this forum for some info and found a few things posted a couple years ago. One that I found was impactfolios.com. Seems reasonable and nice. Just wondering if there any other good sites like this to take a look at that maybe people here have used. I am not looking to spend alot of money. A few features that I would like is to be able to sell prints easily via paypal, make changes to stuff whenever I want, and link photos I post on Facebook directly to my website.
Any advice or helpful info is greatly appreciated
Thanks

I use Zenfolio Jonathan. It is easy to customize and you can sell prints, electronic downloads with license, etc.. I tried smugmug but did not like it.

I just switched to photoshelter but it is pricey, I used to have zenfolio and was very happy with it, had smugmug before that but thought it had a very amateur feel to it

I built my site on a wordpress theme by prophoto and use zenfolio for my portfolio/cart. I like wordpress because of the customizable options and available third party plugins. Worth a look in my opinion. See link in my signature. - Vince
I've been using impactfolios for a few years now and I'm for the most part, very happy.

I built mine with BluDomain. One time fee which I liked. Very easy to use. Immediately updated whenever you make changes. The template I used was "Oscar" but there are a ton to choose from. Ordering through Paypal. Check out the layout if you like. www.katesilviaphotography.com

I used Photoshelter for a year but switched to Zenfolio. It is cheaper, has everything I need and the interface is easier.
Customer service for Blue Domain is about a D-. Beware. If you like that route, then go to PhotoBiz.com. Customer support is A plus, and they offer a shopping cart feature with the gallery.
Zenfolio is outstanding imo. Many options to personalize, the best premium package is about $100 a year, and exceptional customer service.
Check out my site for an example.
