I like that better if true.

Was at the coast not too long ago, didn't quite get the light I was hoping for. Made do with what was available.

D3x, 16-35 @ 19mm, 1 sec @ f16. lots of burning and dodging.

douglas, it seems the popular choice is posting here. I love the scene you have captured, it does seem dark in some areas but gives a really good sense of mood and I personally wouldnt change anything. I really like the water movement. Well done!!

I love this shot Douglas! Where is Ruby beach? I'm coming out there in May and want to try to capture shots exactly like these.

As far as posting to the forum or gallery, one of your moderators says you have a choice. In RMNP we opted out of the gallery and I believe it saved us from the fate that several of the other forums are going through right now.

Douglas, this is sensational. Love the lines in the foreground...the angle works quite well. I sorta wish for a bit of separation between the foreground rock and the background one...but that's not enough to take away from a really great execution. :toast:

Not far from Kalaloch Jack, a bit further north. If I'm around send me a message, I'll go with you if you want company.
