Okay, let's see if I can go for 0 of 2! (I got the spotted sandpiper wrong yesterday.) Is this a type of willet? The photo was taken in Cocoa Beach during February. Thanks!

you're 1 for 2, Michelle. Willet is a very gray shorebird with fairly long gray legs and a straight stout bill. when they fly, they reveal surprising black and white patterning on the wings.
