I've been watching B&H's site as they sell off the remaining Silver Efex Pro stock, and they have just dropped it to $119.95 + $3.60 S&H. By buying this you get a free upgrade to Version 2 from Nik's website (just confirmed that). So if you've been thinking on it, now is the time to strike! I doubt it'll go much lower, Amazon still has it for $169... I'm going for it right now.

Get it here at B&H.

Why are they getting rid of it? I do happen to be looking for some B^W software.

Because Nik JUST released the Version 2 retail box and B&H likes to have only the latest stock, so they are blowing out the V1 boxes to clear the space. It just so happens that, separately, Nik is giving the V2 upgrade for free to anyone who purchases V1 after January 17, 2011. Those are two separate deals that together work GREAT. Fortunately many vendors still have V1 boxes on the shelf which makes the Nik upgrade a great deal, and even more fortunate is B&H deciding to drop the price, so total win for us! This is how I got Viveza 2 for $129, same way.

FWIW, B&H also sells the Complete edition for Photoshop for only $399, the same edition that's a $599 download on the Nik website.

What a deal. I can't say enough about SEP2 it is my favorite piece of software that Nik offers. If you can I would jump on this offer.
