BIG hat tip to Frank Damon for sending this my way.

The theme music from the movie Gladiator is a nice touch. I love that movie AND that music! Wonder why I never thought of using it in my slide shows.

Simply mind blowing. The music reminds me of Cirque de Soleil!!

Seeing the Aurora Borealis is on my bucket list! They look better in that video than in a still shot.

Ethereal is hard to conceptualize in words, but that time lapse captures it perfectly. Great music. Is that from the scene where he is walking through the field and letting his hand glide over the top of the wheat?

Did you see the other video, "The Market" with the train running through the middle of the narrow market? That's crazy. Cool videographer.

Lance, I'm nearly positive that music is from the very end, where Djimon Honsu (sp?) is burying Maximus' figurines ("I will see you again, but not yet. Not yet..." Powerful!), then it continues to run over the closing credits. I'll check out the other vid, too.

That is some beautiful stuff. I agree with Pam...one more thing to add to the bucket list!

Pretty neato, funny thing is, this is so popular now that DP came out with the dolly. I have been on the 'waiting list' for this very piece of equipment for a few months now, and not sure I'll ever see it soon. I love this new form of artistic expression; its so damn intriguing... I am curious about the rights to the music though...something I'm not knowledgeable in... another thing - imagine the shutter actuations on that nice new 5D - they can add up quick doing this!!!!

Cool stuff. Time lapse and video on the 5DII are still something I'd like to play with.

That's some of the best concentration of color I have ever seen in an Aurora. Love the panning too.

Whoa! Is that ever cool! Maybe I will quit this still thing.

Beautiful! That is one thing I really miss about not living in Alaska any more.
