Hello my CNP friends! I have not been very active lately because I have been surviving in the consulting world at Los Alamos and commuting to Denver on the weekends. That really sucks. Good news however. We are moving to Pagosa and my commute will be 2 hours instead of 6 hours (one way). This is my back yard view of the eastern range. Now - I hope I can spend more time with my cameras and less time driving back and forth.

Ken - that's great news about the shorter commute, and it's even better having such an incredible view!! Here's to a better work/life balance!
:toast:

p.s. we'll need directions for the party....

Hey, Ken, I hope you don't get too bored in that desolate part of the state.
Congrats on cutting 4 hours off your commute!

You guys are funny. Thanks for the nice thoughts. Todd...You too!

We have already made several great new friends in Pagosa and we don't even live there yet. Our Real Estate Agent whom we have been working with for the past 4 months is the wife of Todd Pitcher owner of Wolf Creek Ski Area. My Bank loan guy is a photographer (but a Canon digi guy). The owner/builder of our future home is a well recognized general contractor in the area and he built the home with all the goodies thinking he would be there for a while. It is just dang good situation and a personal dream come true.

Darren, keep in touch and I'll tell you all.

Scott, we can party anytime, come on down!

The rest of you...
Thanks again,CNPrs
