I have not done a great job at posting on the local forums here of late, so I apologize for my lapse.

I took a quick overnight trip up to the Pawnee Grassland area of northeast Colorado a couple weeks ago. It really is beautiful to see the change in terrain within Colorado. It reminded me more of the fields in Kansas than anything I have seen here.

This was shot in mid afternoon as the thicker cloud cover finally gave way to a little bit of blue skies and some more interesting clouds. I appreciate your critique.

Nice use of rule of thirds...love the simplicity and the contrast in this one Koveh!

Really nice! The grass and clouds give your image an almost painterly effect.

"You just knock out winner after winner!"
I'm just gonna have to second that statement. Classic Great Plains image not overcooked in 'development'. A lot to like here!

A windmill on the horizon is a winning image. Nice placement. I agree. A really nice shot.

I like the color combo of the browns and blues, the really nice clouds, simple yet effective comp, a classic shot done extremely well!

Sweeeet clouds. I like the subtle saturation on this one too; seems fitting for the plains in late winter/early spring.

Love going there! Really like the clouds building in the sky!

Simple and nice composition. I like how the blades sit above the clouds and the angle of the line of clouds. A couple spots on the clouds look a little hot.
