1. I own PS7 and plan to upgrade to CS2. Is a raw converter included? I have read that 'raw converter software' depends very much on the image. Is there any 'general' purpose raw converter which is good.
2. Any books to read, I have already ordered DAM book. I'm new to digital world but know PS quite well.
3. Which CF cards do you suggest? How much does Sandisk ultra II and normal cards make a difference?

First off... CS2 has the "Bridge" and a "RAW" converter. While in the Bridge if you click on a RAW file it is automatically opened in the converter where you can then make adjustments, convert it to almost any format you wish.
