HAPPY EASTER!
These "very large" bunnies are in a yard on a small road between Richmond and Brenham, Texas. I travel the back roads on my wildflower expeditions each April.

Alas, this April was too dry for the wildflowers.....So these fellas are from last year.

The bluebonnets may wax and wane, but the bunnies all stay the same.

The foundation of this creative greeting was the "good ole boy" who seeded this yard with both bunnies and bluebonnets. This is not a composite photo. In fact, this fella has red "bluebonnets" and white ones on the other side of his yard!

Many of you will appreciate the humor in this guy's statues and those on Easter Island. I stopped and talked to this guy for quite a while......he was fun and interesting to visit. I am hoping the wildflowers next year will be poppin', so I can use my new DSLR to photograph these bunnies again in their regal finery!

:wavey: HAPPY EASTER!:wavey:

I know many of you do not celebrate religious occasion of Easter, as we do....those I hope you will still enjoy these bunnies' greeting :wavey:

From a fellow photographer who celebrates Easter "religiously," Happy Easter to you, Lucy, and to all fellow NPN members!

Neat image Lucy, Let's hope that the true meaning of Easter is embraced by as many as will receive it.
"Ashes to ashes, dust to dust; in sure and certain hope of the Resurrection to eternal life".
Many are hurting now with the wildfires as you know. Pray for rain!
