that is about the craziest thing I'm seen in a while. Holy crap! I tell you, people are dumb! Large groups of people, even dumber!

Three people were ticketed for leaving the boardwalk. Here is more information from the story in the Bozeman Chronicle.http://www.bozemandailychronicle.com/news/region/article_7fd2bf0c-71de-11e0-ae25-001cc4c03286.html

Yellowstone seems to bring out the extra stupid. I was up there a few years ago and saw some lady probably 50 yards from her car, 10 feet away from a huge buffalo extending her arms out with her point and shoot. Hell, I was going to yell at her but a ranger came flying up and start chewing ass and writing her ticket. People seem to think its a petting zoo.

$125 was way too small---they should have fined the company at least $5,000, then you can be sure its clientele would be aware of the signs posted in future trips.

Sure gets my blood boiling. Good thing I wasn't around. I have asked for addresses so that I could turn cookies in their front yards. I've see a idiot take a pointnshoot to within 10 feet of a 15 point elk and then go back to his friends to get their camera. I was sure rooting for that elk to ream him an extra hole or two!
