I purchased Guy's "Creative Processing Techniques" e-book last week and had a chance this weekend to start digging into the content. Not surprisingly, it is chock full of information to help you better process your images. What I like most about it is that it isn't formulaic, like so many Photoshop/Lightroom books. Guy's book focuses on the creative aspect of processing images, essentially freeing you to be an artist - not a photojournalist. Big thanks to Guy for publishing this one!
Thank you very much, guys!
Now I feel very guilty for not having visited RMNP in a while, and missing this thread and the gathering last weekend. Won't happen again.

I purchased this book and his landscape ebook last night. After briefling scanning through both, it looks like there is some great information in both books. I can't wait to dive into it!! Thanks for the heads up Bret.

I would recommend Guy's e-books (both of them), as well. I am about half-way through the creative processing e-book and appreciate that it is more about the why than the how (with enough how to still be very helpful). I have picked up some really useful nuggets of specific information and am rethinking some of the ways I have approached processing, just based on my reading so far. I am also really looking forward to the next two topics he has listed on his site - black and white processing and printing. Wish they were both available today!
