Moab evening pano
Here's a quick pano from my perch on our evening hike in Arches. With a little less haze and a few clouds this location could really sing. 5 vertical shots w 70-300G. Direct JPEG out of View NX. Arcsoft Pano maker5. Adjustments in NX2.

It was great meeting everyone and a big thanks to Mr. Edge for getting this event put together. Looking forward to the next one!

This is pretty freakin' sweet, Joshua. I love that the La Sal Mountains are visible in the background, contrasting the desert towers w/ alpine peaks. Yeah...Moab rocks.

Great to meet you at the Spring Fling. Hope to see you out here again some time! :toast:

Nice pano, Joshua. The scramble up to your "perch" paid off with a much better view of the La Sals.

This is a fine image, Joshua! The lack of clouds doesn't bother me a whit 'cause the sweet colors and shapes of the towers with the LaSals in the background clearly take precedence. This would be a fine candidtae for the 'Image Polish' (haze removal) technique with the Unsharp Mask filter.
It was a real pleasure meeting you in Moab!
