Not BCC, Bird Pair ID help
As I was looking for an osprey, this pair flew onto the branches you see. I thought I was shooting a pair of black-capped Chickadees, but now that I'm home it seems apparent with the lack of white cheeks, the longer tails, etc. that's not the case. I thought maybe another type of chickadee, but haven't found one to match. Thought maybe nuthatch of some sort, but think I struck out there... so I come to the Avian experts for help!! Also, worth posting with a little more PSE help??

Thank you as always.

They look like Eastern Kingbirds to me

I would agree an Eastern Kingbird.

Eastern Kingbirds is spot on. When they fly you will notice the white fringing the tail feathers.

As far as worth posting - the image doesn't do much for me due to the lighting conditions. There are a couple Eastern Kingbird shots in my gallery if you want to take a look.

It didn't matchup with chickadees or nuthatches because those birds are probably half the size.
