Taken in early Feb 2006 just south of the Skagit tulip fields. I shot here for two long weekends back to back, with one being a near blow-out due to weather. In this photo, I have lost some blacks and sharpness in the conversion to jpg. The orginal print is tack sharp on the head of the rear goose. Not real sure how to get those back. Looking for a better way to take a PSD or tiff and convert it to jpg while hitting maximum density (file size) and staying w/i the posting limits (640 etc). Seems like I kill one or the other. Help? Look for several more from the same adventure.

Randy,
The choice of shutter speed here really makes this image. I think we all struggle with trying to post an image with enough detail and still small enough to upload here.
