I've been asked to supply two pictures to a center for environmental education. These images will be stored in a database and will be displayed as a digital file for a permanent exhibition. As I have no experience what so ever, I'm urgently looking for advice on the conditons and fee. What is reasonable? Thanks in advance.

Have a Google of the NUJ web site and their recommendations on photographic fees, I always base my fees on their suggestions.

In conjunction to the above you could also see how much Alamy would charge for similar usage (remembering their cut is incorporated in the price). There is no real consistency in 'Market rates' at the moment so it's really what you are comfortable with.
