Did anyone get a shot of last nights sunset over the front range? I was driving home around 8:30 and didn't have my camera ( a good photographer will always have their camera with them ). It was spectacular and short lived. Please post for those who can't (heck of a slogan, huh).
I gave up on sunset just a bit too early. I was way up on Trail Ridge Road but decided nothing was going to happen. I hiked back down got in my car and began driving down the mountain. About 4 minutes later the sky exploded and I was down in the trees. I'm making too many beginner mistakes this spring.
Sigh.
I went out almost every evening this past week to get sunset shots, and got nada. Last night, I saw the awesome light from my backyard. Can't win.
I do hope someone got it and shares their photos with the rest of us!
