I'd like to do some hiking/camping/photography trips to Rocky Mountain Park this summer.
Any suggestions on where and when to go would be appreciated!!
I'm thinking of making a trip this weekend, but I'm worried about snow levels

Thanks in advance for suggestions!!

Lots of snow up there right now, so hiking depends on having the right gear (snowshoes, skis, mini-crampons, etc). Lots of great hiking in general. There are 364 miles of trails in Rocky, 150 alpine lakes, 60 peaks over 12k and loads of things to see on almost every trail. Have a look at my website to get a few ideas. If you have specific questions, let me know. http://Imagesofrmnp.com. Some of the most popular and photogenic locations are: Dream Lake, Chasm Lake, Two Rivers Lake, Sky Pond, Thunder Lake, Bluebird Lake, etc. I also have an app for the iPhone/iPod which can be helpful in locating some of the more popular photo spots: http://www.travelphotoguides.com/rocky-mountain-national-park
