DINING OUT
Saw this Osprey dining out with a nice big trout this morning. Wish I had been there for the catch. Some noise due to 1600 ISO to keep the speed up.

# 2 You can see protective film over his eye in this image that the Osprey uses when diving for fish.

I love the eye contact you got in the first one and the light on the back of his wings is really nice too!

#1 takes the cake (or the trout in this case) for me! Excellent set of images! :toast:

Hi Bob - While I like all of these, the first one is exceptional. That intense stare makes the image.

So would I! Nice even light and the bokeh looks sweet indeed. Not to mention the splendid poses you captured!

Great shots Bob! That is a series any bird photographer could be proud of.

Great work Bob! Like the first one best because of the look towards the viewer...makes me feel more engaged. But I do have to say the set is very nice.

I really like that stare in the first shot, very intense.
