A summer sunrise I got in June on a walk one morning. The Clear Fork of the Trinity River near my home in Fort Worth.
I cannot be in the wilds of Big Bend every weekend but having a location in walking distance sure makes it possible to photograph on a regular basis.

Darren, I really like all the triangular shapes/elements in this scene. The comp really pulls you in to the sunrise. Have a great 4th.

The leading feature of rock foreground really draws the eye.
I do wonder about a very slight leveling bringing the left side down??
Wonderful shot and workup.

Darren, the color in the sky and water make this shot for me. Glad you we able to find something close by.

I think I was level and that it is optical illusion. But you never know......
