Colorado National Monument Protrait
Here's one more from Colorado National Monument. This one is from the Olympus P2. This is really a fun little camera. While the Nikon is stuck on the tripod, and has been for years, I started walking around with the P2 taking hand held shots. Very liberating!

VERY nice!
I see some vignetting in the upper corners that cropping a little off the top seems to cure without taking anything away from the rest of the photo. Otherwise, it's pretty sweet!

Thanks Bob, I have been playing around adding a little vignette hoping to create a more depth.

Love the light and comp here Russ! I need to put that place on my list.

This is gorgeous, Russ. I think the dark sky and vignetting are just a bit much, but they do have the effect of forcing one's gaze down to the beautifully lit rocks. I hear ya about the Olympus. I have the E-PL1 and am finding it to be a blast. Good image quality, and as you said, very liberating. BTW, was this a sunrise, or sunset, shot?
