Ruby Beach sunset
Another shot from my recent trip. My filter added a lot of magenta to the shot and I backed it off some but liked the overall effect. C&C welcome as always.

I do like the second version a little better. Great color.

The magenta cast is nice here. The SS adds just the right amount of blur to the water, imo

Great catch! I hardly notice the vignette, but it works well. That's the sign of a successful application, IMO.
The magenta cast looks perfectly fine here. Which filter caused that to happen?

John, It was a hi-tech 4 stop solid grad...somehow it caused a very magenta cast on this image. I've heard they create a cast and it was the first time I used it...hopefully this won't show up on every image although it worked ok on this one. The vignette thing is courtesy of Joseph Rossbach...I love how it works!!

Beautiful simple comp and gorgeous color Jack...living up to its name in this capture! Very effective and subtle use of the vignette.
