Stillwater-Flat Tops
One of my favorite places for wildflowers in this part of the state is around Stillwater Reservoir next to the Flat Tops Wilderness boundary, so I drove there yesterday to check it out. Like everywhere else, it's still a week or two away at that elevation. But lower down the road before and at the Yamcola Reservoir I found some nice patches of columbines and postemon. I think the last week of the month at Stillwater and around Steamboat will be terrific.

I really like number 3 as well and the rest are great.

I am going to try and do a few little day hikes around the weekend of August 6th along the Wyoming Trail. I was originally thinking Dumont Lake, but I think the ride for yellow is that weekend. Hopefully not too past prime, but based on an ealier comment by you sounds like it should still be decent.

Beautiful - liked #1 and #3 a lot.

Those first two have an incredible display of Columbines. The layers in #3 are excellent in color and tones.
