I am looking for a few good photographers who would like to volunteer some time to help raise money for kids charities. For abou t6 years now i have managed a team of volunteer photographers who have documented the Deutsche Bank Championship, the second of the PGA Tour playoff tournament that is held in Norton, MA south of Boston the the week of Labor Day. The volunteers take photos of all aspects of the Tournament and the prime goal is to produce a good documentary set of photographs that are used for a variety of purposes. If you are a golfer your will be able to watch up close and personal how a PGA Tour event is run and be a part of the team of 1600 Volunteers who work to raise somewhere around $ 3 million dollars for kids charities. I need two people to work primarily as photographers, and I would like to find someone who would like to spend 50% of their time as a photographer and 50% of their time processing the photos. See I process about 4 - 5 Thousand photos onsite at the tournament and leave a disk with all the photos when the tournament concludes on Monday night Labor Day. We have an existing team but I wanted to expand the team by a couple of people this year. If you are interested in event photography, sports photography, or pictures of people this might be a great place to show your skills and work on refining them.
