Being in Colorado for more than one and a half years now I was very hesitant / ashamed to tell people that I have never been to Dream Lake. Whenever I have planned something happened and the plan got cancelled. So, 2 weeks back I made up my mind to go there definitely ... reached dream lake and was surprised to see so much ice over there ... anyway, obviously there was a great show of clouds but was very windy, so I again went up there today morning and obviously no cloud at all. Looks like will have to do quite a few trips up there .
I know everyone here is bored to death looking at dream lake images - but , I had to upload a few here .. the first two are taken today and the next two are from my last trip.
Last one taken today at Nymph lake , lilies are in bloom ...

I was there yesterday and couldn't find any lillies! I'm so jealous! We didn't have clouds yesterday, either, but had never been for sunrise. It's a beautiful place to spend a morning. Thanks for sharing!
I've lived in Colorado for several decades now and have never been to Dream Lake.
I like the fact that you got some unique views from there. I like #'s 1, 4 & 5 the best. I wish the aspen tree trunk (?) wasn't bisecting the plant in #5, though.
I like true series, but #4 is my fav! I am worse than John..I have been in Colorado for several decades also and not only have I never been to Dream Lake...I don;t even know where it is

Thanks for your comments and critique as always.
Along the stream coming out of Dream lake .. waited for sometime till the sun was on the plant .
The show 2 weeks back ... but as I said it was very windy out there that day.

Kurt: its not a real place, just a mythical spot we landscape photographers created in PS to mess with your head
