Last year I sandwiched them between 2 cut pieces of cardboard, this year, was thinking padded envelopes? Just trying to keep it cheap but somewhat protected. Ideas? Thanks as always guys and gals!

I use padded envelopes, like the ones found here.

I stamp "Do Not Bend" all over 'em and send 'em out, fitting up to three calendars per envelope. I've never had a complaint from a customer about damage.

You can get cardboard mailers that are pretty stiff.. basically it works like a cardboard sandwich, except it acts as the envelope at the same time.
