Bells Loop
I just finished a whirlwind photo processing session of my shots taken last week on a 6-day backpack trip around the Maroon Bells, so I thought I'd share.

Check them out here! http://www.mountainphotographer.com/maroon-bells-four-pass-loop/

Great work, Jack! This image is an eyepopper, but I actually like the Snowmass Lake pano a little better. The ladybug stands out as well.

I think the one you posted here is my fave, but the other from the lake is awesome as well -- looks like a great trip!

Wow, incredible! First, the photos are not only gorgeous, composition wonderful, and the post processing while looking completely natural is got WOW factor through and through! But second, and more important, to me anyway, is the set is thought provoking to the point that it makes me really wonder about the whole 8 to 5 weekly grind. Being reminded that this kind of beauty is out there so close sure makes it hard to get up tomorrow and go to the office. I'm guessing that just being able to experience that trip was it's own reward but to also come away with this beautiful record, you must be doing something right! Thanks for sharing this.

Russ is a hard act to follow.
I feel like I'm right there with you when I view this (and every) series of yours. Glad you found a willing partner, too.
This alpenglow (?) reflection and the ladybug are my personal favorites, but really I like 'em all. Thanks a bunch for sharing these with us!

How cool to see the backside of the Bells! I've only ever seen the classic reflection shot. I'm partial to the Snowmass Lake Trees image...serene!

Great website. Another vote of being jealous of your lifestyle. I've got twins on the way this fall. I'll trade you. Ok... I didn't mean that... maybe a little.

Even at this small size this makes me feel like I am right there! The rest of the collection is nothing short of grand! Just more excellent images, Jack!

As typically epic as this all is (another JB instant classic set), I'm kinda smitten with your ladybug photo.
