Changing my website URL

Please can someone help? I recently changed my main website and want to change my web address in my NPN membership listing and it's not working. I've tried changing it both on NPN and on Portfolios, and while it claims that the information has been saved, when I click on my www link in the member links, I keep getting the old one. In the NPN list it doesn't recognize me as an existing member wanting to change some information; it treats me as a new member and I've had to change my username three times. Please don't suggest hitting the refresh button; this doesn't work. I'd be grateful for some direction here.

I might add that the same is true with trying to change my blog URL and to update the forum preferences for which I wish to receive email notifications; none of these updates is working despite confirmatiom that they've been received.

Nancy, it's all done from the Preferences screen. Make the changes and then click the Update Notifications button.

When trying the website or blog links, be sure to hit the reload/refresh button in your browser first.
