I'm thinking about a trip to the Chattanooga area sometime in October.
Is anyone from that area who can give me any ideas on places around there I should hit.

Post here or email me, carson@carsonwilcox.com

Thanks
Carson

It's been several years since I was there. You might head up Point Park Battlefield on Lookout Mountain. You can drive up there or take the incline railway with the tourists. If you're into old trains check out Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum. The Tennessee Aquarium is very interesting but difficult to shoot with lots of people. The Chickamauga National Military Park might be very nice in October.

I'll second Lookout Mountain and Chickamauga. You go into Civil War overload at Chickamauga and very "photogenic" areas with statues and monuments involved.
