Hi everyone. I recently joined NPN and wanted to introduce myself. I'm looking forward to learning from all of you and contributing what I can. There are so many amazing and inspiring images being posted on the site. I've been dabbling with SLR and DSLR cameras for the past 10 years, but just recently fully committed myself to improving my photography. I enjoy taking landscape and wildlife photos (especially birds - still saving up for that super-telephoto lens!), and I live close to Gettysburg, PA, so I go there a lot to take scenic shots of the battlefield.

Welcome to NPN Nate! I think you'll find this a great resource to improve your photography and also a great place to make new friends. Jump in and start posting - can't wait to see your images!
EDIT - Just peeked at your website (Landscapes & Abstracts). You have a nice body of work - Your Ribbons of Gold abstract is fantastic!
Hi, Nate - welcome! Glad you're here!
Very nice website - looking forward to your posting some images and commenting on others.

Nate,
Welcome to what I feel is the greatest site for getting info and increasing your knowledge. The amount of talent that is offered in both photos and guidance is amazing. You will not be sorry for joining, I know that I am not.
