Pika
Captured this pika on Mount Evans this morning. These guys have some sharp little teeth! Thanks for looking.

I love #1, he looks ferocious!

That first one takes the cake Dan! Not sure I have ever seen that behavior. Was he just jumping and yelping? Looks like he is ready to heave!  but since no projectiles are coming out, I assume my first guess is closer?
All kidding aside, one of the best Pika shots I have seen.

#1 sure is unique, but I like #2 for the warmth and the slight head turn that allows one to see the black from nose to mouth. Nice selective focus that draws to the head and eye.

That first one is incredible!

Those are great, Dan. I assume it is stretching and yawning in the first image. I like the nice warm light in the second image. Great work!!

I have to agree with Doug K.'s observations. #1 really is unique, fun and interesting. An as always, professional caliber work!

Both are great, but #1 is another image, over the top!!
Love the pose! I think I need to follow you on your Pika outings

Hey Dan, both are great, but number #1 is truly unique! Great work!

Both are typical of your talent, but I do like #2 a touch more for that marvelous light.
