Bird ID
I'm guessing this is a species of warbler... photographed this afternoon in Quogue, NY. There were many Cedar Waxwings feeding in the area and this tree is at the edge of a pond if that's any help. Thanks in advance

Luke I posted a similar ID request on 7/31/11 and was identified by Ian Stanley as juvenile Eastern Towhee. May be the same.

Just had another bird lover tell me he thought it was a juv. eastern towhee - considering it was in company with other towhee's I think we should go with that! Thanks guys
