Falls below Talapus Lake
Hey folks,

I've been slowly moving all my images off the 1TB drive in my iMac to our new Synology 10TB NAS device. In doing so I've had a chance to sift through a lot of my old images.

I came across this one and realized I hadn't seen it in years. So I figured I'd share it here.

Canon 1D Mark II
Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 @ 27mm
1/20 sec @ f/8.0 ISO 200

I was standing on a protrusion over the creek that allowed me this view. it looks like I was standing in the water but I actually wasn't. I took this image in June of 2006.

10 TB  , and I was so proud of my new 2 TB drive  .

Classic NW stream with beautiful green. I wish I was wading in it on this hot day!

Most excellent, Rick! I like the comp and the variation of textures, with the shutter speed on the water very nicely done (imho). Fun to find jewels from past shoots; I hope you'll put up some more.
