O.K., so here's some more from last Friday night's great light show around Parker.
Comments and critiques always welcome, and thanks for looking,

Love the cloud and bolt action Morris! If you don't mind me asking where do you like to shoot in Parker for lightning?

What a great combo of stars and lightning. I really like the bottom half of #5.

Thanks, Art. This time I had pretty good luck starting out on Ireland where it crosses E-470 and then off of West Mainstreet a few miles west of downtown. They were both high ground for the area, so it gave me a little better perspective. Both locations were far enough away from these two storms to where I felt fairly safe, also. I haven't shot lightning in quite a while, so I was tickled that I managed to find spots that were pretty close, but far enough away to be safe.
Incredible series! You can even make out a dipper in the star patterns in #8.
You captured the "WOW" in all of these images.

Morris, they're all very impressive, but including the stars in a dark sky was the icing on the cake.

#1 is #1 with me! Tremendous series! How do you find a landscape out there without power poles/lines?

Thanks everyone!
Howard, when I saw the clouds clearing and the stars coming out, my jaw dropped to the ground!
Don, if you look on the horizon in #8 there is one that leads off to the south. This is a new extension of Mainstreet in Parker that goes west to Ridgegate at I-25, so it's too new to have much development yet. Thank Goodness!
Excellent work! Very... striking. Sorry; it is, I just couldn't resist the bad pun.
#2 and #5 get my vote; #5 has a great composition and play of elements in the frame. If you don't mind a recommendation, I think it might help to bring up the tiny bit of glow on the left horizon to give it some more definition. I really like that one, though. Seems portfolio-worthy to me.

My favorite is also #1, and I think that it would make a fine companion to many in your first series.

Wow, Morris. These are just phenomenal. The second image is my favorite but all are fantastic.

Come on.. #8 is insane! You gotta call me next time.

Cool! Interesting set. The exposure is a bit hot on some of them for my personal tastes, but i really like #5!
Very nice Morris! I can't even pick a favorite. I was south of Castle Rock shooting the same storms, but I don't think I got as many really good shots as you did.
