Why wait for Friday morning when you can attempt for some clearing storm clouds on Thursday??
I'll be headed for one of the passes once the thickest clouds move out--maybe ill see you there, above say about 11,500 feet.

North, south or along the whole front range?

Central--I-70 is probably optimal.

How's the snow outlook looking? I'm thinking about taking Thursday off to go play in the Collegiates. It would be nice to catch some after-the-storm kinda stuff, maybe with a nice colorful sunset!

Pikes Peak is looking pretty white, so i imagine the Collegiates will get some too--tomorrow might be somehwat of a gamble with the clouds, but probably worth a shot--im gonna head out.

The Collegiates are getting their fair share of snow right now. NOAA has 6-10 of snow on Longs Peak tonight into tomorrow. I'm beginning to dream about a sunrise shot at Chasm Lake Friday Morning...but I have to work.
