Savannah Sparrow??
Doesn't seem quite right. ID help, please. Photo taken at the Savannah NWR in SC this morning.

Given habitat, long bill and look at the wing, I'd suggest juvenile red winged black bird. Definately not a savannah

I think it is a Pine Siskin, because of bill and yellow tail markings, and two wing bars.
