RMNP Drive Through?

I've never been to RMNP before. I'll be heading out that way in another week or so and was trying to see if I could somehow divert about 4-5 hours for a drive through enroute to my destination further southwest. (Time of day/lighting not important since I won't really have time for that.)

Is it worth visiting if I only have time to drive through and not to hike? If so any recommendations?

Thanks

Simple: Just drive over Trail Ridge Road. You'll likely see elk along the way, and lots of grand vistas. Enjoy!

That's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Todd!

Don't overlook Moraine Park if you want to see some elk. And, check at the Ranger's station for more info, like if trailridge is closed due to snow.
