Once a month I try to go out with the full moon and shoot some landscape images. I find the lighting transforms the scenery from what I see in the daylight. In terms of processing I am trying to find a balance between having images that are not too dark, while also trying keep the mood that the moonlight provides. Here are a couple of images. C&C as well as any advice shooting or processing with moonlight is appreciated
#1 - Looking down Little Cottonwood Canyon
#3 is my favorite. You nailed the effect in this one. Nice composition.

Yeah, 3 is the success here. In 1, the exposure was too long and the stars got a bit blurred, you'd have to compensate with larger aperature or higher ISO there. The blacks in #2 are just a bit too overwhelming--although a B&W version might use that quality to make a weird abstract

I've never really enjoyed 'full moonlit' images as they almost always resemble near daylight in one fashion or another.
So it's really good to see what you're doing here with the processing.
I also prefer #3 as the lighting is much more even when compared to #1, with it's mountain in almost complete shadow on the left. Love the effects of the long exposure, too.
