Typically Pretty
I expected more color in the clouds over Pikes Peak this morning, given that there was a nice band of clear sky on the eastern horizon, but it barely materialized. Oh well, it's still hard to argue with the beauty that is typical of Garden of the Gods.

No real color yet in the foliage out there, btw. Cottonwoods have quite a ways to go, and the scrub oak has multiple personalities.

Quite a wide range in color here. Nice framing for the peak.

Mmmmm, yummy color! I am liking the layers and the balance, too!

Nice framing of Pikes Peak by the GoG. Looks like you had some nice lighting on all but the clouds. The lighter buff rock in the foreground adds a lot.
